A leading global technology company is seeking a Senior Program Manager for a temporary, nine-month position in Petah Tikva. The role is hybrid, with two work-from-home days per week, and focuses on talent and leadership development initiatives.
Responsabilidades
- Lead talent and leadership development initiatives
- Manage programs from strategy through execution
- Coordinate external vendors and budgets
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the organization
Requisitos
- Experience leading end-to-end talent and leadership development programs
- Strong program management experience from strategy through execution
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders
- High independence, ownership, and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
