Lead complex aerospace defense programs, coordinating customers, partners, budgets, logistics, projects, and operational delivery from an Israel-based site.
Responsabilidades
- Lead ongoing program activities and customer engagement.
- Manage work-plan activities against operational, business, and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with the site manager.
- Manage the program budget and performance targets.
- Coordinate activities and interfaces with customers and external partners.
- Manage logistical operations.
- Oversee projects within the program scope.
- Report program status to company management.
Requisitos
- Previous experience in a senior Israel Air Force headquarters role, such as section or branch head.
- Significant experience managing programs or projects in a complex defense environment.
- Experience managing budgets and achieving business and operational targets.
- High level of English.
- Proven leadership, initiative, and ability to motivate people.
