Lead and develop a project management team delivering complex technology solutions. Own professional services portfolio governance, capacity planning, revenue realization, delivery standards, risk management, and executive client escalations.
Responsabilidades
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of project managers delivering large, complex technology solutions.
- Manage the professional services project portfolio rather than individual projects alone.
- Remove delivery impediments, drive efficiency improvements, and serve as the senior escalation point for the team.
- Forecast resource capacity through project completion and ensure professional services revenue is realized on schedule.
- Establish delivery governance covering scope, timelines, budgets, quality, and technical requirements.
- Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Delivery, and external technology partners.
- Resolve major client escalations and protect long-term commercial relationships.
- Lead project reviews, produce progress reports, and communicate forecast risks to internal teams and client decision-makers.
Requisitos
- At least 10 years of project or program management experience, including at least 5 years leading and managing project managers.
- Experience with professional services business models, fixed-price and time-and-materials contracts, margins, utilization, and revenue realization.
- Proven success managing high-stakes client crises, recovering troubled projects, and handling executive-level client relationships.
- Proficiency with project and resource planning tools such as Salesforce, advanced Excel, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal English and Hebrew, with the ability to explain complex technical and commercial topics to C-suite audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, information systems, business management, computer science, or a related field.
- Self-driven and highly motivated.
