Lead programme controls for major infrastructure and mass-transit projects, managing specialists across planning, scheduling, cost, forecasting, estimating, reporting, digital strategies, databases, and document control.
Responsabilidades
- Lead programme management and manage project controls professionals.
- Develop and maintain project controls processes and systems for large projects, including initial programme setup.
- Write procedures and deliver executive-level dashboards, construction progress checklists, and monthly reports.
- Manage scheduling, cost control, forecasting, estimating, planning, digital strategies, database control, and document control.
- Support project and contract planning, issuance, scheduling, assessment, change negotiation, and claims mitigation or resolution.
Requisitos
- Professional engineering background with at least 15 years of experience on major infrastructure projects, including mass transit.
- Experience in estimating, forecasting, scheduling, cost control, schedule control, and project reporting.
- Strong decision-making, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent staff management, interpersonal, leadership, oral, and written communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple long- and short-term tasks.
- Commitment to active teamwork and collaboration.
Se valora
- Strong scheduling and project management information system (PMIS) experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in construction or engineering.
- Professional certification such as PSP, PMP, PE, CM, EVP, PMI-SP, or CST.
- Experience interpreting construction schedules.
