Manage the operational execution of complex programs for a leading defense organization in Holon, coordinating forecasts, production, supply, resources, and delivery targets.
Responsabilidades
- Act as the operational point of contact for the program manager and business line throughout the project lifecycle
- Own program operations from forecasting through delivery
- Build delivery-focused work plans aligned with business lines, operations, and production lines
- Monitor the annual production plan, set priorities based on constraints, and present plans to management
- Consolidate annual product forecasts, including production loads, procurement forecasts, subcontractors, and material exposures
- Plan and manage demand and requirements against available resources, including optimal inventory levels
- Manage risks, identify critical paths early, and implement solutions throughout the program lifecycle
- Support advanced product development stages and maintain product awareness
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management
- Experience managing projects in a production and planning environment
- Strong data analysis skills and broad systems thinking
- Ability to drive execution in a matrix organization and coordinate multiple interfaces
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
