Lead end-to-end Transfer of Technology programs in an industrial, technological, and defense environment, from initial concept and contract execution through production readiness, knowledge transfer, and operational independence.
Responsabilidades
- Lead Transfer of Technology programs from initiation through completion of knowledge transfer and operational independence
- Establish and manage production capabilities with partners and customers
- Coordinate matrix interfaces across organizational divisions and international partners
- Manage manufacturing processes at production facilities
- Control schedule, budget, quality, scope, and performance targets
- Support capability planning, serial production, and lifecycle operations
Requisitos
- Experience managing complex programs or projects in an industrial, technological, or defense environment
- Very high-level English communication, writing, and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel abroad frequently for work
Se valora
- Experience in the aerospace or defense industry
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, or business management
