Lead the professional direction and knowledge development of a social sports program in Israel. The role connects research with field practice, strengthens partner organizations, develops professional programs and tools, and advances collaboration across the social sports ecosystem.
Responsabilidades
- Lead the professional direction of the social sports program and develop its knowledge, content, and professional practice.
- Research, map, and identify trends and developments in sports and social sports.
- Develop professional knowledge, content, tools, training, and lectures for staff and partner organizations.
- Provide professional and strategic guidance to partner organizations and develop professional programs and work plans.
- Create connections and partnerships among organizations and professional stakeholders.
- Lead professional forums and program content sessions.
- Develop relationships with academic institutions, researchers, and subject-matter experts, connecting research with field practice.
- Contribute to program strategy and advance the social sports ecosystem through a long-term systems perspective.
- Develop and advance new initiatives based on needs identified in the field.
- Promote systemic change and improvement across the sector.
Requisitos
- Relevant academic degree in education, social sciences, sports management, or sports psychology.
- Deep knowledge of sports, particularly social and competitive sports.
- Experience working with nonprofit organizations.
- Experience developing and leading programs, processes, and initiatives.
- Strong Hebrew and English writing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strategic and systems thinking, initiative, creativity, and strong learning and execution abilities, including in international contexts.
- Ability to lead complex processes involving multiple partners.
