Lead complex radar programs from proposal development through multidisciplinary engineering, production, system integration, and customer delivery. Coordinate internal teams, customers, suppliers, and subcontractors while managing resources, risks, schedules, and quality.
Responsabilidades
- Lead radar programs across proposal development, engineering, production, and customer delivery
- Manage work plans, resources, risks, schedules, and quality targets
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and technical representatives
- Lead and motivate multidisciplinary project teams in a matrix organization
- Coordinate engineering teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
Requisitos
- B.Sc. in Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience managing complex programs or projects
- Experience managing projects with international customers
- High-level spoken, written, and technical English proficiency
Se valora
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering
- Experience in the defense industry in Israel or abroad
- Familiarity with engineering development processes and system integration across software, firmware, hardware, mechanical, and RF disciplines
- Background and knowledge in radar
