Lead a complex systems program delivering a maritime combat suite to an international customer. Own technical and contractual requirements, schedules, budget, profitability, integration, testing, delivery, and support while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
Responsabilidades
- Lead a complex maritime defense systems program for an international customer.
- Ensure compliance with technical and contractual requirements, schedules, budget, and profitability targets.
- Lead multidisciplinary matrix teams and coordinate development, engineering, operations, quality, procurement, service, and marketing interfaces.
- Manage customers, shipyards, partners, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Oversee requirements, work planning, costs, schedules, risks, systems integration, testing, delivery, and support.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex multidisciplinary systems projects.
- Experience leading matrixed teams and managing suppliers and subcontractors.
- Experience managing requirements, work plans, costs, schedules, and risks.
- Full professional proficiency in spoken, written, and read English.

- Experience with naval projects, combat suites, weapon systems, combat management systems, radar, missile systems, platform integration, or shipyard and foreign-customer engagement.
- Willingness to travel internationally and work at shipyard, integration, and testing sites.
