Lead a large-scale defense and aerospace program serving an international customer. Own program delivery, multidisciplinary teams, financial performance, commercial activity, and business objectives.
Responsabilidades
- Own all program activities and relationships with an international customer.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Manage the program’s profit and loss.
- Support proposals and negotiate with customers.
- Track program objectives and initiate efficiency and performance-improvement processes.
- Analyze financial reports.
Requisitos
- Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering, software engineering, or systems engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience managing complex projects valued above $15 million.
Se valora
- At least 3 years of P&L unit management experience.
- Proven experience in military programs.
- Master’s degree in business administration.
