Lead and build program management for a growing AI video security company. Own governance, delivery tracking, cross-functional coordination, customer onboarding, and PMO processes across Israel and US-based teams. Responsabilidades
- Own end-to-end program governance, including planning, tracking, and reporting
- Plan cross-team dependencies with Engineering and Product
- Manage customer onboarding from deal signature through go-live
- Build and maintain dashboards and leadership status reporting
- Identify risks and blockers and drive their resolution
- Coordinate workflows, time-zone overlap, and handoffs between Israel-based R&D and US-based Product and GTM teams
- Own and improve PMO tools and processes as the organization scales
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of program or project management experience in a hi-tech company, including software, SaaS, or hardware-software products
- Experience working at a Series A/B startup or another small, fast-moving team
- Fluency in English and Hebrew
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum delivery and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Monday
- Experience owning cross-functional programs from planning through completion
- Ability to turn technical information into clear executive status updates
- Demonstrated success building processes with internal and external customers and stakeholders
