Lead a Release Management team responsible for end-to-end planning, governance, execution, and continuous improvement of complex software releases in an autonomous vehicle engineering environment.
Responsabilidades
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Release Management team.
- Define operating models, priorities, processes, and best practices for release planning and execution.
- Oversee release plans across products, programs, and software components, including scope, milestones, dependencies, quality, and readiness.
- Manage release governance, readiness reviews, risk management, change control, escalations, and go/no-go decision support.
- Align release strategy with Development, Integration, QA, Product, Program Management, and senior leadership.
- Communicate release plans, progress, risks, decisions, and changes to stakeholders.
- Establish release-health KPIs and use data to improve predictability and delivery quality.
- Lead resolution of release blockers, dependencies, and delivery risks.
- Standardize release management practices, documentation, tooling, and reporting.
- Drive automation and process improvements across build, integration, validation, and deployment pipelines.
- Promote ownership, operational excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in release management, program management, DevOps, software engineering, or a similar field.
- At least 2–3 years of people-management or team-leadership experience.
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional software releases in a large-scale engineering environment.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles, release management, CI/CD, configuration management, quality processes, Agile, and Scrum.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent written and verbal communication in English and Hebrew.
Se valora
- Experience with Jira, GitLab, Jenkins, and reporting or dashboard tools.
- Programming or scripting experience, preferably in Python.
- A master’s degree, MBA, or experience with large-scale, safety-critical, automotive, ADAS, or autonomous vehicle software systems.
