Support the Chief Growth Officer’s office by coordinating strategic growth initiatives, improving operational efficiency, and enabling data-informed decisions. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Israel.
Responsabilidades
- Plan, coordinate, and track growth initiatives, OKRs, KPIs, and deliverables.
- Create dashboards, reports, presentations, and business review materials for leadership.
- Manage action items and follow-ups for leadership meetings, department meetings, and strategic discussions.
- Own key projects, monitor execution, and provide regular progress updates.
- Support internal communications that align employees with strategic initiatives and goals.
- Draft messaging for leadership meetings and company town halls.
- Identify and implement process improvements that streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, communications, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in business operations, strategy, communications, or a related area.
- Strong analytical skills, including data analysis, trend identification, financial modeling, and performance metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior leadership and creating internal messaging.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in fintech or a technology-driven company.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
