An international boutique performance marketing agency is seeking a senior leader to oversee business operations, growth, profitability, client development, and organizational strategy.
Responsabilidades
- Lead the company’s business and operational activities end to end.
- Drive growth, profitability, work processes, and performance against targets.
- Develop new business, acquire clients, and manage relationships with senior decision-makers.
- Manage large-scale projects and campaigns for global clients.
- Lead teams across media, creative, client services, and digital functions.
- Improve and streamline internal processes to support scaling and growth.
Requisitos
- At least 7 years of senior management experience in an advertising, digital, or performance marketing agency.
- Proven experience growing a business and acquiring significant clients.
- Strong understanding of PPC, SEO, paid social, and performance marketing.
- Experience managing teams and leading departments.
- Very high-level English proficiency is required.
- Ability to lead processes, meetings, and presentations with clients and executive stakeholders.
- Commercial, independent, and hands-on approach.
