Lead and develop a Technical Program Management organization responsible for end-to-end execution across complex, multidisciplinary R&D programs. Align engineering, research, product, validation, data, DevOps, and infrastructure teams around roadmaps, priorities, dependencies, risks, and delivery.
Responsabilidades
- Lead, hire, coach, and develop the Technical Program Management team, establishing clear ownership and accountability.
- Own the execution model for major R&D programs and align company strategy, product roadmaps, engineering plans, and delivery commitments.
- Establish and improve program management methodologies, governance, execution standards, and management mechanisms.
- Ensure integrated plans cover feature development, software and algorithm integration, validation, data readiness, infrastructure capacity, and technical dependencies.
- Provide senior leadership with transparent visibility into program status, readiness, risks, dependencies, trade-offs, and required decisions.
- Drive cross-functional planning and execution across Research, Software Engineering, Product, Validation, Data, DevOps, and Infrastructure.
- Define execution KPIs and success criteria to support predictable delivery and data-driven decisions.
- Identify bottlenecks, lead critical escalations, and drive corrective actions and complex issue resolution through closure.
- Partner with Product and Engineering leadership on roadmap planning, prioritization, resource allocation, and organizational capacity.
- Represent program execution in senior leadership forums and promote ownership, accountability, transparency, and execution excellence.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 10 years of experience in complex software or R&D environments, including leadership of large-scale, cross-organizational technical programs.
- Experience managing and developing Technical Program Managers, Program Managers, or comparable technical execution teams.
- Strong understanding of software development processes, systems integration, CI/CD, testing, validation, data pipelines, and large-scale development environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs involving multiple engineering organizations, technologies, dependencies, and competing priorities.
- Ability to work with senior Engineering, Product, and business leaders, influence strategic and technical decisions, and build organizational alignment.
- Ability to assess technical architectures, engineering plans, KPIs, and development outputs and translate them into execution risks, priorities, and management decisions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to operate effectively amid technical complexity, ambiguity, changing priorities, and high execution expectations.
