Lead technological operations and execution across multidisciplinary defense hardware programs in Kfar Saba, Israel. Build integrated plans spanning R&D, procurement, integration, testing, NPI, production, and delivery while coordinating resources, suppliers, and executive reporting.
Responsabilidades
- Translate company targets and delivery commitments into integrated execution plans across R&D, procurement, integration, field testing, NPI, production, and deliveries.
- Plan and allocate cross-functional resources, manage workload, resolve program trade-offs, and identify workforce, equipment, and supplier bottlenecks.
- Establish program management routines, KPIs, and executive dashboards for execution, risk, and readiness visibility.
- Manage the product lifecycle transition from development and integration through testing, configuration freeze, procurement, NPI, production, and delivery.
- Lead make-or-buy decisions, expand supplier and subcontractor networks, manage critical materials, and transition prototypes to serial production.
- Coordinate R&D, systems engineering, procurement, quality, production, finance, and executive leadership.
Requisitos
- Significant management experience in operations, program management, or engineering operations within complex technology environments.
- Experience delivering complex physical products integrating hardware, software, electronics, and mechanics.
- Strong understanding of systems engineering, integration, field testing, and transitions from R&D to serial manufacturing.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills with ownership of execution outcomes.
- Ability to establish effective management routines and KPIs that support organizational growth without unnecessary bureaucracy.
Se valora
- Experience in defense technology, UAVs, robotics, or autonomous systems.
- Experience scaling products from R&D or low-volume production to serial manufacturing.
- Experience with defense ecosystems, contractors, or defense clients.
- An academic degree in industrial, mechanical, electrical, aeronautical, or related engineering or exact sciences.
