Lead the strategy, design, and end-to-end delivery of executive impact and leadership programs within Israel’s healthcare and HealthTech ecosystem. The role is based in Tel Aviv and follows a hybrid model.
Responsabilidades
- Lead the strategy, design, and end-to-end delivery of impact programs.
- Oversee content and professional development for additional leadership programs delivered by program managers.
- Build and manage relationships with senior executives, Fellows, alumni, and strategic partners.
- Develop program content, identify speakers, and create high-impact learning experiences.
- Identify collaborations and opportunities to expand program impact across the healthcare ecosystem.
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of experience in executive education programs, leadership development, innovation, leadership content, or strategic initiatives.
- Strong familiarity with Israel’s HealthTech ecosystem.
- Experience working with senior executives and influential stakeholders.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to translate strategy into engaging, high-quality programs and experiences.
- Strategic thinking combined with strong hands-on execution.
- Excellent Hebrew and English communication skills.
