Lead organizational planning, governance, and cross-functional coordination for a technical autonomous-driving validation and verification organization. Partner with leadership and managers to align strategy with execution, improve visibility, and advance organizational priorities.
Responsabilidades
- Serve as a strategic and operational partner to AVV leadership.
- Lead organizational planning, execution tracking, and program governance.
- Manage milestones, deliverables, objectives, risks, blockers, and dependencies.
- Coordinate activities across validation and verification, development, and cross-functional teams.
- Support resource management, capacity planning, and prioritization.
- Track management decisions and drive action-item execution.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking for data-driven decisions.
- Lead process improvement, standardization, and knowledge-management initiatives.
- Identify and escalate planning gaps, risks, and bottlenecks.
- Promote operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related engineering field.
- At least 3 years of project coordination or project management experience in a technical or complex engineering environment.
- Experience with planning, tracking, reporting, and managing cross-functional activities.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple teams and drive execution.
- Fluent in English and Hebrew.
