Lead and develop cybersecurity awareness activities for multiple client organizations, combining training, creative content, campaigns, project management, and emerging technologies.
Responsabilidades
- Build annual cybersecurity awareness programs for clients.
- Create and deliver Cyber Awareness Weeks from concept through execution.
- Develop training sessions, workshops, games, activities, and e-learning.
- Plan and manage phishing campaigns and social engineering simulations.
- Create engaging campaigns and content that capture employees’ attention.
- Deliver training sessions and workshops.
- Analyze results and present findings and improvement areas to clients.
- Manage multiple clients and projects in parallel.
- Use AI and emerging technologies to create new awareness experiences.
Requisitos
- Experience in training, content, projects, campaigns, or a combination of these areas.
- Genuine interest in cybersecurity and technology.
- Ability to take initiatives from concept through execution.
- Ability to present to audiences and communicate messages effectively.
- Strong creativity combined with reliable execution.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and client projects simultaneously.
- Strong client-service and collaboration skills.
- High-level English proficiency.

- Experience with phishing campaigns or cybersecurity awareness programs.
- Experience with e-learning, instructional design, game design, UX, visual content, or professional cybersecurity.
- Background in technical training, cyber content, or training program management.
