Lead strategic initiatives and operational infrastructure for an internal Customer Office. Improve service delivery through scalable workflows, measurable standards, cross-functional coordination, and data-driven decision-making.
Responsabilidades
- Own end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives within the Customer Office.
- Lead projects involving new service delivery models and cross-department technical integrations.
- Research operational concepts and perform root-cause analysis to recommend solutions.
- Define and track initiative success metrics and connect process improvements to customer outcomes.
- Launch new internal processes and tools through communication, documentation, and adoption activities.
- Identify cross-department dependencies and manage risks that could affect customer experience.
- Define and monitor KPIs and maintain dashboards for operational visibility and accountability.
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of experience in strategic project management, PMO, business operations, or strategy and operations.
- Experience working with go-to-market teams such as Sales and Customer Success, as well as operational functions.
- Ability to align stakeholders and lead through influence.
- Proven ability to turn strategic objectives into structured, executable programs.
- Ability to independently research technical subjects, new concepts, and industry standards.
- Experience defining, tracking, and reporting KPIs and company-wide initiatives.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Salesforce, project management software such as Asana or Jira, and business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew.
