Own the end-to-end roadmap for a virtual desktop management product within an integrated digital employee experience platform. Lead customer discovery, product definition, delivery, adoption, AI capabilities, ecosystem readiness, quality, and go-to-market execution.
Responsabilidades
- Own the product roadmap across discovery, definition, delivery, and adoption
- Conduct discovery with VDI and EUC administrators and translate operational challenges into product decisions
- Define AI capabilities including anomaly detection, root-cause analysis, and automated remediation
- Track platform and API changes across VDI, cloud desktop, and hypervisor ecosystems
- Lead competitive and market analysis in digital employee experience, VDI monitoring, and endpoint management
- Write testable requirements and detailed product specifications
- Partner with development and QA throughout the product lifecycle
- Own product quality, reliability, upgrade experience, backward compatibility, and defect handling
- Drive go-to-market activities including enablement, positioning, launches, and adoption tracking
- Use telemetry, usage data, and customer feedback to test hypotheses and iterate
Requisitos
- Product management experience in IT infrastructure, IT operations, or endpoint management
- Hands-on familiarity with VDI/DaaS and EUC technologies such as Citrix, Omnissa Horizon, or Azure Virtual Desktop
- Technical understanding of APIs, agents, telemetry, and system architecture
- Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies
- Ability to work effectively with development, QA, sales, sales engineering, and support teams
- Strong data literacy and data-driven decision-making skills
- Passion for product design and user experience
- Excellent English verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

- Familiarity with AI/ML product capabilities, agentic workflows, or automation platforms
- Previous experience as an IT or EUC practitioner or consultant
- Experience participating in a technical community or open automation ecosystem
