Lead the product vision and commercial strategy for counter-UAS solutions, translating engineering capabilities and market needs into growth and product impact.
Responsabilidades
- Lead outbound product management, identify market opportunities, build business cases, and define product vision and commercial strategy.
- Own the product roadmap using market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback; ensure features address customer needs and have clear ROI.
- Manage products from ideation and prototyping through global launch and lifecycle iterations.
- Set and track team KPIs, product adoption, and commercial impact.
- Coordinate go-to-market execution with Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales.
Requisitos
- B.Sc. in Mechanical, Electronics, or Aeronautical Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in the C-UAS or UAV sectors, including multidisciplinary product leadership
- Experience with pricing strategy, competitive analysis, and market assessment
- Track record of building high-performing teams and delivering measurable business impact
- Experience working in distributed environments and fast-growing companies
