Responsabilidades
- Own the platform roadmap, backlog, and product requirements; prioritize work and explain decisions
- Define the MCP offering, exposed capabilities, tool behavior, and user workflows
- Define and prioritize public APIs and SDKs
- Gather customer requirements and plan deployments in customer cloud environments
- Own authentication, authorization, role-based access control, SCIM provisioning, data privacy, and CDISC USDM support
- Translate customer, partner, and internal needs into product requirements and coordinate technical requirements and engineering work items
- Work with customer IT, security, data, delivery, data science, and partner engineering teams; answer technical questions during sales, onboarding, and delivery
- Coordinate daily delivery with engineering leads, track progress, remove blockers, and update stakeholders
- Validate product outcomes through customer and internal feedback, then adjust plans
- Use AI tools for prototyping, documentation, and workflow efficiency
Requisitos
- At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Product Manager or managing a technical product such as APIs, platforms, integrations, developer tools, or infrastructure
- Comfort reading API documentation and discussing system design, cloud architecture, and security with engineers
- Clear written and spoken English, with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences and business needs to engineers
- Ability to connect technical work to product strategy and customer needs
- Ability to drive projects independently from start to finish
Se valora
