Lead the development of advanced wireless communication systems, including Software Defined Radios (SDR) and Mobile Ad-Hoc Networks (MANET). Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from requirements definition to production and customer delivery, at a defense and space manufacturing company.
Responsabilidades
- Own the full product lifecycle, from concept and prototyping to validation and manufacturing.
- Oversee system design, electronics and RF development, mechanical integration, and testing to ensure seamless execution and adherence to military standards.
- Collaborate with the business unit and customers to ensure technical solutions meet strategic objectives and customer needs.
- Ensure timely and quality delivery of technical solutions while managing risks and resolving issues.
Requisitos
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Electronics Engineering or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Experience in program or project management, ideally in multidisciplinary product development and transitioning designs to production.
- Experience in customer engagement and business aspects.
- Background in wireless communication systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with development teams and stakeholders across the organization.
