Experienced product manager to lead development of active sensor perception products for autonomous vehicles. Responsibilities include product planning, requirements definition, stakeholder collaboration, and performance monitoring.
Responsabilidades
- Act as technical product owner for AV perception functions to meet performance and quality goals.
- Define active sensor (radar) requirements to sensor vendors.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define product roadmap and alignment with strategy.
- Own requirements elicitation and translate into actionable product specifications.
- Define and monitor data-driven performance KPIs.
- Develop and maintain accurate product documentation.
- Support business development during pre-sale and customer onboarding.
- Partner with car manufacturers through workshops, test drives, and product tuning.
- Champion cross-functional collaboration in a matrix environment.
Requisitos
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years managing technically complex products.
- Proven customer-facing experience with excellent human relations capabilities.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical capabilities.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder influence skills.
- Fluent in English and Hebrew.
