Responsabilidades
- Manage existing contracts and customer relationships
- Lead the loitering munition project, integrating multiple technologies
- Support marketing for future deals with new customers
- Develop concepts to meet customer needs
- Oversee marketing to existing customers
- Monitor project goals, budget, hours, and work plans
- Manage subcontractor engagements inside and outside the plant
- Foster collaborations with potential contractors and partners
- Oversee serial production
- Manage the system cost model
- Conduct demonstrations and concept presentations
Requisitos
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Aeronautics, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience managing a technological project with a budget over $10M
