A real estate development company is seeking a project manager to lead engineering, planning, permitting, consultant coordination, and construction planning for residential projects.
Responsabilidades
- Own the engineering and planning aspects of projects transferred to the planning and engineering departments
- Review and compare consultant proposals and negotiate contracts through completion
- Coordinate planning and permitting processes, including building permits and design-change permits
- Lead detailed planning, engineering reviews, and construction planning
- Participate in project planning meetings and monitor tasks and timelines
- Prepare meeting summaries and set deadlines for project tasks
- Coordinate consultants and manage planning-stage deliverables
Requisitos
- Degree or qualification as an architect, practical architectural engineer, or engineer
- Experience managing residential projects for a real estate development company
- Proven experience with permitting processes and local, district, and regulatory authorities
- Experience leading and managing large teams of consultants
- Strong understanding of planning and building systems
- Experience supporting projects during the construction phase
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
