Lead strategic planning and zoning processes for real estate development, from identifying opportunities and changing land uses to coordinating approvals and advancing projects.
Responsabilidades
- Manage zoning-plan development, including land-use changes, additional development rights, and approval processes.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary planning teams, including architects, consultants, lawyers, and appraisers.
- Work with local authorities, planning offices, and government ministries.
- Manage schedules, resolve obstacles, and coordinate project stages.
- Connect planning strategy with branding and develop marketing materials grounded in urban context.
- Manage relevant AI agents used in the planning process.
- Conduct site surveys and monitor planning policies and urban trends.
- Prepare materials for partners, investors, and public authorities.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, civil engineering, urban planning, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience with zoning plans, land-use changes, and project advancement.
- Knowledge of Mavat procedures, master plans, and municipal planning policies.
- Understanding of financial feasibility and budget stages.
- Strong coordination, presentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Familiarity with relevant digital tools, including AutoCAD, GIS, and drafting tools.
- Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
