An infrastructure company is hiring a maintenance supervisor to coordinate and monitor field maintenance activities and work with professional stakeholders.
Responsabilidades
- Track and monitor maintenance tasks and plans
- Coordinate with authorities, infrastructure owners, police, and public transportation operators
- Manage and monitor suppliers and subcontractors
- Conduct site inspections, identify defects, and lead their resolution
- Track safety reports and ensure tasks are closed
- Respond professionally to public inquiries about maintenance
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree or practical engineering certificate in civil or building engineering
- Experience reading traffic plans and assessing their suitability for site conditions
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to work shifts
Se valora
- Experience in infrastructure companies or public-sector organizations
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, SAP, or Office
- Experience managing contractors and supervising infrastructure works
- Familiarity with the Dekel price list and bills of quantities
