Lead a team of maintenance technicians and oversee safe, compliant, and reliable maintenance operations for pharmaceutical production equipment, process systems, and site infrastructure.
Responsabilidades
- Own safety, quality, and GMP-compliant work practices.
- Manage, coach, and professionally develop a team of maintenance technicians.
- Use SAP maintenance systems to create daily and weekly work plans, prioritize tasks, and allocate work according to production needs and operational constraints.
- Oversee planned, preventive, and corrective maintenance.
- Respond quickly to live equipment failures while maintaining operational continuity.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues involving production equipment, process systems, and infrastructure.
- Analyze failures using root cause analysis and develop plans to improve equipment availability and reliability.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, safety, quality, and QA teams.
- Support new equipment implementation, installation, commissioning, and system upgrades.
Requisitos
- Mechanical engineering degree with at least 5 years of experience, or a mechanical engineering technician diploma with at least 10 years of experience maintaining equipment in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or food industry.
- At least 5 years of experience managing a maintenance team.
- Deep knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Proven management and employee leadership skills.
- Strong interpersonal and service-oriented communication skills.
- Technical thinking and sound decision-making in dynamic, sometimes high-pressure environments.
- High personal accountability, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage work across multiple interfaces.
