Coordinate candidate selection and placement for service programs, while supporting operational processes and events. The role works with communities and partners in Israel and abroad, and is based in Jerusalem.
Responsabilidades
- Lead and coordinate placement processes for service programs
- Coordinate candidate screening, matching, and placement
- Organize and manage selection days, training seminars, and conferences
- Coordinate suppliers, procurement, and event budgets
- Work with communities, partners, and professional stakeholders in Israel and abroad
- Monitor, review, and report on processes, tasks, and objectives
- Use organizational information systems and tools to track tasks and processes
- Help improve and implement unit workflows
Requisitos
- At least two years of experience leading processes or projects, or in a complex operations role, including work with multiple stakeholders, communities, or partners
- Full written and spoken fluency in Hebrew and English
- Strong proficiency with Office applications, especially Excel
- Comfort using information systems and implementing new digital tools
Se valora
- Relevant bachelor's degree
- Previous service as an emissary through the Jewish Agency
- Experience with ERP systems
- Experience with Monday.com or similar task and process tracking tools
