Lead divisional recruitment planning and end-to-end hiring, manage recruitment and operations coordinators, and monitor hiring progress and KPIs. Based in Beer Yaakov.
Responsabilidades
- Implement the division's recruitment plan.
- Manage a team of recruitment and operations coordinators.
- Measure and monitor the annual recruitment plan and achievement of KPIs.
- Oversee vacancy and candidate status across the division.
- Coordinate and advance end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Work with human resources, security, assessment centers, and other stakeholders.
- Report recruitment data to divisional leadership, HR, and hiring managers.
Requisitos
- Israeli citizenship
- Academic degree
- At least 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience
- Experience managing a team
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
