Provide hands-on technical support for GPU-powered cloud infrastructure, resolve complex customer issues, and improve global support operations in collaboration with SRE, networking, and storage teams.
Responsabilidades
- Provide technical support through Zendesk while meeting service-level targets
- Participate in a 24/7 support rotation and respond to critical incidents
- Diagnose and resolve virtual machine, hardware, and scaling issues using command-line and internal tools
- Triage alerts, support maintenance windows, and perform node delivery testing
- Coordinate with global SRE, networking, and storage teams through root-cause analysis
- Create internal documentation, onboarding materials, and standard operating procedures
- Improve support processes, tooling, efficiency, and system resilience
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of technical support experience in cloud, storage, or networking
- Strong command-line skills and experience navigating Linux environments
- Experience with Git, Kubernetes, workload management tools such as Slurm or Terraform, and observability tools such as Grafana
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Understanding of high-performance computing technologies including InfiniBand, Slurm, RDMA, RoCE, and SDN
- Clear communication skills and the ability to prioritize competing escalations
- Fluency in English and Hebrew
Se valora
- Experience with NVMe, SSD, distributed, block, object, or file storage
- Familiarity with NFS, SMB, iSCSI, or NVMe-oF
- Relevant Kubernetes, AWS, Linux Foundation, or NVIDIA certifications
- Experience with automation tools or scripting languages
- Experience coaching teammates and sharing technical knowledge
