A partner company is seeking a senior technical account manager for a remote role based in Israel. You will help strategic customers implement and adopt a technical platform, realize its value, and shape improvements through customer feedback.

Own B2B customer relationships across onboarding, support, success, and growth. Partner with R&D, QA, Sales, and Management to resolve customer issues and deliver a positive experience.

Own assigned client relationships from introductory calls through business growth. Coordinate progress across Amazon store setup and operations, keep clients informed, and support satisfaction and account expansion. Hybrid role in Israel; full-time, Sunday–Thursday, 08:00–17:00, with a 13:00–14:00 l

Manage the customer journey for B2B accounts, from onboarding and implementation through adoption, ongoing engagement and renewals. Work with customers and internal teams to address needs, monitor account health and support retention.

Support restaurant customers using the company’s technology products, troubleshoot system issues, and configure menus and systems at customer locations. No prior experience or programming knowledge is required; training is provided.

Own customer relationships from onboarding through renewal and expansion for a B2B SaaS platform. Drive adoption and measurable customer value, and build scalable customer success practices.

Build and lead a technical support operation for POS systems and payment devices. Manage the team, support processes, shifts, escalations, and service performance while resolving complex customer issues directly.

Provide professional support for the financial module of an ERP system, guiding customers and analyzing and resolving issues. The role is hybrid, with office options in Rosh HaAyin or Jerusalem. Training is provided, including for candidates without prior experience with this specific system.

Guide restaurant and hospitality customers through software implementation and onboarding. Configure the platform to fit their operations, prepare launches, and train teams. The role combines office work in Ramat Gan with daily customer-site visits.

Help enterprise customers realize value from data infrastructure solutions through technical guidance, customer success planning, adoption support, and renewal collaboration. This is a hybrid role.
