- Maintain FAQs, guides, and other support documentation
- Collect customer feedback to support product improvements
Requisitos
- Previous customer support or helpdesk experience
- Proficient English communication skills
- Essential SQL experience
- Ability to learn complex software and technology quickly
- Strong organization and multitasking skills
- A bachelor's degree or relevant certifications are desirable but not required
