Provide professional written support to accountants, bookkeepers, and tax advisors using a cloud-based accounting platform. Combine accounting expertise with technical troubleshooting and user guidance.
Responsabilidades
- Provide professional written responses to finance and accounting customer inquiries
- Guide and train users in the day-to-day use of the accounting platform
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex technical and accounting-related issues
- Document customer inquiries, knowledge, and solutions in internal support systems
- Assist with the rollout and onboarding of new features and system updates
Requisitos
- At least 3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of ERP or CRM systems and financial management workflows
- Excellent written communication skills in clear, standard Hebrew
- Ability to quickly understand technology and solve complex problems
Se valora
- Experience working with or in an accounting firm
- Previous technical support experience for a technology product or SaaS platform
