Responsabilidades
- Manage a portfolio of global mid-market and enterprise accounts as a trusted advisor and embedded analytics strategist.
- Guide customer engineering, product, and data teams through architecture, developer integration, and AI capability adoption.
- Build relationships across product, research and development, and executive stakeholders.
- Lead executive business reviews covering return on investment, adoption, and business impact.
- Partner with solutions architecture, product, support, and sales teams to address customer needs and technical blockers.
- Monitor account health, identify adoption gaps and technical risks, and implement mitigation plans.
- Own account penetration, renewals, upsell opportunities, and revenue retention outcomes.
Requisitos
- At least 4 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, Technical Account Manager, or Solutions Consultant managing mid-market or enterprise B2B SaaS accounts.
- Direct experience in analytics, data engineering, business intelligence, developer tools, or API-first SaaS.
- Track record managing commercial negotiations, renewals, and revenue retention targets.
- Experience working with data engineers, product managers, R&D leaders, or engineering executives.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Availability Monday through Friday to align with international markets.
