Lead gameplay direction and production for casual mobile games, coordinating cross-functional teams from prototype through launch and ongoing live operations.
Обязанности
- Own gameplay and design direction for casual mobile games targeting overseas markets.
- Manage the product lifecycle, including roadmaps, milestones, scope, budget, and delivery.
- Research global market trends, successful games, and competitors to inform product strategy.
- Coordinate design, art, and engineering teams to maintain progress and game quality.
- Lead soft launches, global launches, and ongoing live operations; assess performance and define improvements.
- Monitor retention, ARPDAU, and LTV with data teams to guide product optimization.
- Run agile workflows using Jira and Confluence, identify risks, and communicate progress.
Требования
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- At least 5 years of game industry experience, including 3 years in mobile free-to-play games.
- Track record of launching and iterating on casual games from concept to launch.
- Experience managing teams and remote or distributed collaboration.
- Hands-on understanding of free-to-play economies and live operations.
- Fluent English and proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
- Data-driven decision-making and strong market awareness.
