Lead cross-functional projects from concept through delivery, ensuring they meet strategic goals and customer expectations.

- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
- Develop project plans and track progress.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Ensure quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate communication among project teams and stakeholders.
Требования
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering from a recognized university.
- 5–7 years of experience managing significant R&D projects, contracts, and negotiations in the defense or aerospace sector.
- Experience managing complex systems and projects, budgets, and schedules.
- Strong technical and business acumen, including translating customer needs into product and system requirements.
- Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
