Own the end-to-end creative quality of AI-assisted playable ads for game studios. Define concepts and briefs, review gameplay and visual execution, improve player experience and performance, and lead a team of creative professionals in a fully remote role.
Обязанности
- Define creative concepts and write detailed briefs for playable ad production
- Review team-created briefs and provide precise, actionable feedback
- Evaluate playable ads for gameplay mechanics, visuals, UX flow, game feel, polish, and performance
- Improve engagement, retention, clarity, pacing, and overall player experience
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of creative professionals
- Establish creative review processes, feedback loops, and quality benchmarks
- Use performance metrics, market trends, and competitor playables to guide decisions
- Conduct creative research and explore new interaction patterns and trends in playable advertising and mobile gaming
Требования
- Strong gaming industry background, including understanding of game marketing and player conversion
- Hands-on experience creating, directing, reviewing, or optimizing playable ads
- Deep understanding of polished, engaging, and effective playable advertising
- Strong creative brief-writing and creative direction skills
- Ability to provide actionable feedback on gameplay, UX, visuals, pacing, and execution
- Understanding of creative performance metrics including CTR, IPM, retention, and engagement
- Experience with competitive intelligence and creative research in mobile gaming and playable advertising
- Understanding of the user acquisition funnel and the role of playable creatives in campaign performance
- Leadership experience managing or mentoring creative talent
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across creative, technical, and production teams
