Create high-quality, game-ready 3D assets in low-poly and stylized art styles. This remote contract role combines hands-on production with light coordination and quality control for a small team.
Обязанности
- Create game-ready low-poly and stylized 3D models from concept art
- Texture assets using Substance Painter
- Distribute tasks among a team of 2–3 artists
- Review work and provide feedback
- Help resolve technical and artistic issues
- Import and organize models in Unity
- Support quality control across the art team
Требования
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both low-poly and stylized 3D art
- Strong knowledge of optimized, game-ready 3D asset creation
- Experience with Blender, ZBrush, and Substance Painter
- Ability to review artists’ work and provide clear, constructive feedback
- Good organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- CV and portfolio link submitted in English
