- Set visual vision and artistic direction across the game portfolio, maintaining a distinctive identity and high standards.
- Lead, mentor, and grow multidisciplinary art and design teams.
- Maintain artistic quality and visual consistency across games.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and technology leaders to align creative work with product and business goals.
- Integrate generative AI and automated pipelines into production while protecting originality and creative standards.
- Manage team capacity, resource allocation, software budgets, and external vendors to support timely delivery.
Требования
- At least 8 years of experience as an Art Director, Head of Art, or Senior Creative Manager in gaming.
- Experience leading large, multidisciplinary art teams through a management structure.
- Expertise in game UI/UX, 2D art, LiveOps, performance marketing creative, and brand identity.
- A portfolio demonstrating hands-on UI/UX design, visual storytelling, creative leadership, and business impact.
- Experience building and scaling high-performing design teams.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, modern production tools, and generative AI workflows.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to make timely, well-grounded decisions.
