Residential home solutions company seeking an Outside Sales Representative to generate new business, qualify opportunities, sell tailored solutions, and grow customer relationships across Michigan.
Обязанности
- Generate leads through prospecting, networking, and creative outreach
- Prequalify prospects and determine whether opportunities are a good fit
- Identify customer needs and tailor home solution recommendations
- Develop new customer relationships and acquire accounts
- Maintain existing accounts through regular meetings and relationship management
- Capture additional customer business and request referrals
- Navigate customer challenges while maintaining strong relationships
Требования
- Strong prospecting, networking, and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to qualify opportunities and identify suitable prospects
- Consultative or solution-selling skills
- Resilience and comfort handling rejection and difficult customer conversations
- Self-directed, competitive, accountable, and improvement-oriented approach

- An existing customer or professional network
- Familiarity with Baseline Selling, Sandler Sales, or Challenger Sale methods
