Join a global travel technology company’s Customer Experience Group in Bangkok, with relocation support provided. Lead the direction and execution of self-service experiences that help customers resolve booking issues and improve the guest booking journey.
Обязанности
- Lead discovery and contribute to product requirements
- Drive ideation workshops and align partners around a shared vision
- Test prototypes and hypotheses with users
- Design self-service experiences that reduce booking-related friction
- Present design work to peers and leadership
- Participate in design critiques, workshops, and squad meetings
- Document design processes and decisions
- Champion UX cohesion and consistency across products
- Shape customer-centric solutions across design, business, content, and technology
Требования
- 5+ years of full-time experience as a UX or interaction designer for digital or web-based products
- Experience designing sophisticated user flows and customer journeys
- Ability to work at a system level across products and features
- Ability to translate quantitative and qualitative insights into design decisions
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
