Own end-to-end design for complex enterprise SaaS applications, from discovery through production. Work with product, engineering, and customer-facing teams to create intuitive workflows and improve user experiences.
Обязанности
- Lead user research, customer interviews, usability testing, and competitive benchmarking
- Translate complex business processes and customer feedback into product solutions
- Design end-to-end user journeys, wireframes, interaction patterns, and production-ready interfaces
- Maintain and evolve the design system in Figma
- Design AI-assisted workflows and automation features for operational compliance and insurance processes
- Collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and customer-facing teams on feasibility, handoffs, and iterations
- Use product analytics, behavioral metrics, and interactive prototypes to test hypotheses and refine user engagement
Требования
- Proven product design experience with complex B2B SaaS platforms, workflow-heavy products, or enterprise systems
- Portfolio demonstrating UX methodology, systems thinking, user journey mapping, interaction design, and visual UI execution
- Experience conducting user research, customer discovery, usability testing, and prototype evaluation
- Advanced Figma skills, including design tokens, auto-layout, interactive prototyping, and design system maintenance
- Experience producing detailed design specifications and developer handoffs
- Fluent English and strong communication skills for explaining design decisions and collaborating with stakeholders
