Seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruitment across creative, technical, and operational roles in a fast-paced mobile gaming environment. Partner with hiring managers, enhance candidate experience, and employer branding. Requires 3+ years in TA, LinkedIn Recruiter expertise.

- Partner with hiring managers to advise on recruitment strategies.
- Provide exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.
- Maintain data accuracy in ATS and recruitment trackers.
- Support recruitment across creative, technical, operational, commercial, and marketing roles.
- Implement processes to connect candidates, hiring managers, and HR efficiently.
- Engage passive talent directly, leveraging employer brand to minimize agency use.
- Conduct competitor and talent market analysis to benchmark offers.
- Create and update talent maps for hard-to-fill, technical, and strategic roles.
- Proactively improve workflows and recruitment systems.
- Support employer brand strategy and external events.
Требования
- At least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems.
- Experience hiring for technical and hard-to-fill roles.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Confident in video conferencing and engaging presentations.
- Ability to build trusted relationships across the business.
- Inquisitive mindset with good judgment in decision making.
- Organized and methodical work approach.
- Proactive in identifying improvements and solutions.
- Comfortable with confidential projects and fast-paced environments.
- Genuine interest in mobile games and industry trends.
