An aerospace maintenance and component services organization is seeking an entry-level milling machine operator for its machining department in Lod, Israel. The role focuses on precision work for aircraft components and landing gear refurbishment.
Обязанности
- Perform conventional milling on a range of aerospace components
- Machine steels, stainless steel, aluminum, and other materials
- Read technical drawings and interpret dimensions, tolerances, and surface-finish requirements
- Perform machining, drilling, tapping, and precision fitting according to engineering or customer specifications
- Operate, set up, and perform routine maintenance on conventional milling machines
- Use precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges to verify production quality
Требования
- Mandatory experience operating conventional milling machines
- Experience performing precision machining from engineering drawings while meeting tolerances and surface-finish requirements
- Mandatory ability to read technical drawings
- Mandatory experience with drilling, tapping, and specialized machining operations
