- Consult with prospects and customers to identify challenges and opportunities
- Map customer needs to privacy and AI governance solutions
- Manage proof-of-concept and pilot success, including acceptance criteria and issue resolution
- Run security questionnaires and demonstrate vendor risk assessments
- Lead technical and business discovery workshops and demonstrations
- Advise customers on solution possibilities, implementation approaches, and best practices
- Develop product presentations, demonstrations, and technical collateral
- Partner with sales on account strategy and expansion opportunities
- Provide customer and market feedback to product management and engineering
- Create demos, case studies, blogs, videos, API documentation, and code examples
- Maintain a repository of technical resources and implementation guidance
Требования
- At least 5 years of experience in presales, customer-facing, or consulting roles
- At least 2 years of experience in software development or a related field
- Excellent presentation skills for technical and executive audiences
- Ability to investigate technical issues and solve customer challenges
