Lead sales operations processes, tools, forecasting, analytics, and cross-functional initiatives for a global technology company. The role is onsite in Israel and requires advanced expertise in sales operations and process design.
Обязанности
- Lead projects implementing sales forecasting, analytics, metrics, quoting, pricing, order management, invoicing, and operations support
- Consult with senior business leaders to define analytics, metrics, and desired outcomes
- Develop sales operations frameworks, forecasts, and budgets
- Manage relationships with internal and external partners and clients
- Provide quality leadership and subject-matter expertise across cross-functional projects
- Drive the integration of new technologies into sales operations tools and processes
- Mentor less-experienced team members
Требования
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business management or an equivalent qualification
- 6–10 years of relevant experience
- Advanced experience designing and improving sales operations processes and tools
- Strong analytical, statistical, forecasting, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Thorough knowledge of sales operations practices and process design
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Mastery of English, Spanish, and the local language
