Build and own the technical foundation of a growing company's go-to-market engine. You will combine AI, automation, data, integrations, and business systems to help commercial teams scale efficiently.
Обязанности
- Own and evolve the go-to-market technology stack
- Build AI workflows, automations, and internal tools
- Design integrations across HubSpot, product data, and third-party platforms
- Develop infrastructure that improves commercial team speed and efficiency
- Manage and optimize CRM and revenue systems
- Build dashboards, reporting, and revenue insights
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to remove operational bottlenecks
Требования
- At least 3 years of experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Growth Engineering, Sales Operations, or a similar technical role
- Experience using coding agents to build quickly and an AI-native mindset
- Ability to write code in Python, JavaScript, SQL, or similar languages
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and automation platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, Clay, or Workato
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or a comparable CRM
- Strong analytical skills and a hands-on, ownership-oriented approach
